Directions to AVON MIDDLE (Avon) Phone: 404-4770
Take Route 84 North to Route 4, Exit 39. Follow Route 4 to Brickyard Road and turn right. Travel 3 _ miles straight from Brickyard Rd. Avon Middle School is on the left. You will pass by Avon High, which is on the right.

Directions to BEACON FALLS RECREATION FIELD (Beacon Falls)
Take Route 8 South to Exit 24, Beacon Falls. Turn right at end of Exit, proceed through light. Then turn right and go over bridge. Follow around to stop sign, then turn left onto Lopus Road. Follow Lopus Road to stop sign. At stop sign, turn left, then right onto Pent Road. Beacon Falls Recreation Field is _ mile on the right.

Take 84 East to 384. Take Exit 3. At the end of the exit take a right onto Main Street. Continue to traffic light. School will be approximately 100 yards past the light on the right.

Directions to Dr. ROBERT H. BROWN MIDDLE (Madison) Phone: 245-6400
Take 91 South to Exit 15. Take left onto Route 68. Go to Route 17 and turn right. Follow Route 17 about a mile and bear left onto Route 79 South. Come to a circle and take second right (1/2 way around circle) and follow Route 79 South for 2-4 miles. School is at blinking light.

Take Route 84 West from Hartford towards Waterbury. Take Exit 19 to Route 8 South (Naugatuck/Bridgeport). Take Exit 28 off of Route 8. At the stop sign take a right. Go straight to traffic light. Take a left, staying to the right of the island. Go up hill, staying to the right at all times. City Hill Middle School is approximately 1-1/2 miles from the traffic light on the right hand side of the road.
If you are coming from the Route 8 North direction (from Ansonia) take Exit 28 off of Route 8. There is a traffic light at the bottom of ramp. Go straight, staying to the right of the island. Go up hill, staying to the right at
all times. City Hill Middle School is approximately 1-1/2 miles from the traffic light on the right hand side of the road.


Directions to CLARK LANE MIDDLE SCHOOL (Waterford) 443-2837
Take Route 2 to Route 11 (New London); turn left at the end of Route 11 (Rte. 82). Proceed to traffic light, turn right onto Route 85 (Hartford Road).
Proceed 15-20 miles to 395 overpass; at next traffic light turn right onto Cross Road. At end of Cross Road, turn left onto Route 1 (Boston Post Road). *Continue on Route 1 (past cemetery on right). Go straight at stop light (the light is at corner of Avery Lane). Keep going straight until your reach Liberty Bank on left; a park is on your right. Go straight at next stop light, but bear to the left at the next light (Big Y’s parking lot will be on your right). Take a left at the corner of Clark Lane and Boston Post (Convenience 24-hour store and CVS Pharmacy is on the left).
Go down Clark lane for about a quarter mile. Clark Lane is on the right hand side, right after the AHEPA building.

Take 84 West to Route 8 South. Take Exit 17. At the fork, go left. Follow road to the first stop sign. Turn left (watch for store named Crickett) Derby High will be on your left. Go past and Ryan Field will be on your left.

Take Berlin Turnpike South. Take right onto Broad Street in Meriden. Take a right onto Route 691 West. Take Exit 3. At the end of the exit take a left onto Route 10 South. Go past the Cheshire Prison. At second light after prison, bear right onto Maple Avenue. Then take a right onto Park Place. School is on the right.

Take Route 9 to Route 66 East in Middletown. Cross over the Portland Bridge to Portland. Follow Route 66 to East Hampton. The Middle School is on the right.

Take 91 North to 84 East. Stay on 84 East to Exit 60. At the end of the ramp, turn left onto Burnside Avenue for 2 miles. The school (Old East Hartford High) is on the left.

Take 84 East to Exit 66. Left at sign. At 4-way stop take a left onto Bolton, then a right onto Center Road. Left at Vernon Police Station (West Road). Right onto Union. Left onto Orchard. Left onto Middle Butcher. School is on the right.

Take Route 9 North to 84 East. Take Exit 46 (Sisson Avenue – This is a left hand exit). At the end of the ramp, turn right. Turn right at Mr. Tuxedo. Go straight. Turn right at the first light. At the second light, turn left onto Woodlawn Street. Go exactly one (1) mile to Albany Avenue. Turn left. School is on your right.

Take Berlin Turnpike North to Home Depot. Turn right onto Deming Road and follow to the end. Turn right onto shunpike Road. Go to first light. Turn left onto Elm Street. Go past Rose Hill Funeral Home to the light at Elm Ridge Park. Turn left at the light. The school entrance is on the right.

Take I-84 East. Take Exit 60 off of 84 East. At the end of the exit take a right at the light. Keep right and follow signs to Route 6 East. Follow for 3.3 miles, you will come to a traffic light. Intersection of East Center and Lenox (there will be an electronic time and temperature sign on the left.). Take a left onto Lenox. At the stop sign at the end of Lenox take a left. On your right will be a driveway to Illing Middle. Take that right.

Take 84 West to Route 8 from Waterbury. Take Exit 14 (Howe Avenue). At the end of the ramp take a right. Go to the first traffic light. Take a left onto Center Street. You will go up two blocks. When you come to the end of the second block, the road forks like a “V”. You will take the further up part of the “V” (Perry Hill Road). Go up the hill and when the hill levels off, look to the left. School is on the left. They play behind the school.

Take 84 East to Exit 37 (Finneman Road). Left onto Finneman Road and go over Route 6. Take left onto Birdseye for approximately 1 mile. Right onto Wolf Pit. Irving Robbins is on the left.


Directions to WM. J. JOHNSTON (Colchester) Phone: 537-2313
Route 9 to 91 North to Route 2 (East) from Hartford. Exit 18 (turn right) onto Route 16. Continue on Route 16 to Main Street. (The town green directly in front). Turn right, then make first immediate left onto Norwich Avenue. Continue about one-half mile to school (right). Turn right. At school’s blinking light, into school parking lot, continue to the right in the parking lot.

KEIGWIN SCHOOL (Middletown)
Route 9 North to Route 66 in Middletown. Take left onto Route 66 (Washington Street) follow through four traffic lights, to Route 3 (Newfield Street). Take right onto Route 3. Proceed through two traffic lights. Take a left onto Wilderman’s Way (across from car dealership). Take first right onto Spruce Street. Parking lot is on left side of building.

I-84 to Exit 29 (Left hand exit). At end of Exit, at light, take a left onto Route 10. School is one-half mile on right.

Directions to LONG RIVER MIDDLE (Prospect) Phone: 758-4421
Take Route 84 West to Exit 26. At the end of the ramp, turn right. You will come to Summit Road. Turn right. Follow Summit Road for approximately 2 to 2-1/2 miles. You will come out on Route 69. There is a funeral home on your right. You will take a left at Route 69 and then you will see a sign “Region 16, Long River Middle.” The school is behind the Town Hall. You cannot see it.

Take 91 North to Exit 40 (Bradley Airport Exit). Off of Exit 40 look for Route 75. Take a right. That will put you on 75 North. Go past the airport and continue straight to the Center of Suffield. At the second light, take a left onto Mountain Road. Continue for approximately _ mile. School will be on the right.

Take 91 South to Exit 15. Turn right at end of ramp onto Route 68. Go straight to Hope Hill Road (may be 5th light). Turn left. School is on left. Sheehan High School is on right.

Take 84 West to Exit 6 (New Fairfield Exit). Take a right at the end of the exit. Get in the left-hand lane and bear left at next traffic light – Route 37 North. Stay on Route 37 for about 8 miles to the traffic light in the center of New Fairfield. Take a left at the light and go up the hill and bear left past St. Edward’s Catholic Church then take a quick right onto Gillotti Road. Follow the road up to the second hill and on your right there will be a boulder that’s engraved “New Fairfield High School and Middle School”. Take a right into the driveway and go past the football field. On your right will be four red peaks – that’s the front of the Middle School – go past the Middle School and you will come to a Clock Tower, that’s the front of the High School.

Take Route 72 South to Plainville. Take the North Washington Street exit. Turn right at the end of the ramp. Follow this road and cross over Route 6 (Tunxis Community College is on the right). Go straight to the next light and turn left onto Stevens Street. The school is on the left as you get to the top of the hill.

Take 84 East to Asylum and Capitol Avenue Exit. At the end of the exit turn left onto Asylum Avenue. Go through the light past the bus and train station. At the end of this street turn left. Go up a winding hill. Turn right at the light onto Edwards Street. Cross Walnut Street. Quirk Middle is on the left.

Take 91 North to 84 West. Proceed through tunnel. Take the first exit after the tunnel onto Asylum. On the ramp go about 150 feet to the hairpin turn. Go one block to the light and turn right. Take 84 to Exit 5. At the end of the exit there is a light. Take a right. Stay on this road straight through. It will turn into Main Street. Continue straight. In the middle of town you will come to a median, continue straight through many lights. At the last light you should be in the middle lane. Continue straight into the park. We are two ball fields down on the right.

Take Route 9 South through Middletown. Exit onto Route 17 South. Follow Route 17 South past the Route 68 junction, in the middle of town. Take a left towards Coginchaug Regional to get to the field for Strong Middle School.

As you reach Orchard Hill School take a right onto Arnold Way (immediately to the right of the school). Follow down the hill to TEMS.

Take 84 East. Take Exit 60. Take a left off exit. Park is on the right hand side.

Take Route 9 South to 91 North to Route 3 – Putnam Bridge. Bear right onto Route 2 East. Take Exit 13 and then take a left onto Route 66. Route 66 will lead straight onto a highway. Take first exit off highway. Take a right at the end of the exit and bo by Shaw’s Take a left onto Roanoke. At second stop sign take a right onto Quarry Street. Follow for _ mile. School is on left.

Take Route 9 to Exit 5. Take a right off exit. School will be on that road. You cannot miss it.

Take Route 372 to Cromwell. Right at Bickfords (use to be Roy Rogers) onto Route 3. Continue through one traffic light bearing right on Route 3. Entrance to school (Wilderman’s Way) will be across from Town & Country Auto Dealership (Mercury/Lincoln).

Route 9 North to Route 66 in Middletown. Take left onto Route 66 (Washington Street) follow through four traffic lights, to Route 3 (Newfield Street). Take right onto Route 3. Proceed through two traffic lights. Take a left onto Wilderman’s Way (across from car dealership). Take first right onto Spruce Street. Parking lot is on left side of building.

Directions to Quinnipiac Park in Cheshire
Take Berlin Turnpike South. Take right onto Broad Street in Meriden. Take a right onto Route 691 West. Take Exit 3. At the end of the exit, take a left onto Route 10 South. Continue on Route 10 South to the intersection of Route 70 (Cheshire Academy) and Academy Road. Take a left onto Route 70. Travel for a couple of miles. You will go through one more main intersection. As you descend down a hill, you will see that the road forks in two directions. Route 70 bears to the right and Cheshire Road bears to the left. You should bear left onto Cheshire Road. The park will be down on the left.
